Please be as descriptive as possible in your email, and include your order number, if applicable. If you need to access a technician via phone support, call 1-877-888-0506. An administrator will enter your information into our ticketing system and a qualified technician will then follow up in a timely manner to provide the support for you.
With the purchase of each Sanhe Laser USA unit, you are entitled to unlimited email support. One year of unlimited phone support begins upon delivery of the machine. Upon expiration, additional phone support may be purchased at a rate of $50.00/hr or an additional year of unlimited support for $300.00.
Extent of our Support:
Sanhe Laser USA will fully support the machines sold by Sanhe Laser USA and its affiliates. This extent includes all manufacturer's parts.

If you or your company prefers personal, onsite installation and training, we offer a full day training for $1,000.00, excluding travel costs.
